Big Give McCook is set for Thursday, Nov. 5th. Now in its fifth year, Big Give McCook is one day devoted to philanthropy, where every donation - large or small - makes a difference. If your organization would like to be a part of our amazing day please click the link and fill out the application form.
To be eligible for Big Give McCook, organizations must have a 501(c)3 exempt status in good standing with the IRS as well as have a physical presence and provide services for Southwest Nebraska. Private foundations and political or governmental organizations are excluded from the event. Religious organizations are also excluded except those providing community programs. All applications must ultimately be approved by the McCook Community Chest Board, which oversees Big Give McCook. Due to the costs to maintain the website, there will be a charge of 2% of total donations to participate.
If accepted you will be required to have a free PayPal account to receive deposits. We also have a mandatory meeting in September that must have a representative from each organization present.
